Fair Moon Wine

Fair Moon Wine started with a bicycle journey in 2013 from Seattle to San Diego. While weaving through wine regions down the West Coast, Jessica Wilmes fell in love with the communities, the ritual of harvest, and the bucolic setting among the vines. Learning that Pinot pairs well with granola bars and the good things in life take time, Jessica was hooked on the wonders of wine. Starting in California and slowly migrating north, she worked in tasting rooms and cellars including Bargetto, Clos la Chance, Troon, Grochau Cellars, and, most recently, with Vincent Wine Co. With the motto, “life’s an experiment,” Jessica is most inspired to create new, nerdy styles blended with a hands-off approach in the cellar.
